VB from De Lier, the Netherlands, started Early February with the delivery of the materials for a complete heating and steam  system for the greenhouse complex of HFT Seed Services in Potrero Carrillo (province Jalapa), Guatemala.

This project involves the delivery of insulated underground pipes, steam pipes, mixing groups in the greenhouse and a complete tube rail system. The existing greenhouse of 36,000 m2 - also realized by VB Climate - has been expanded with two new zones of 6 x 9,6m x 55m and 12 climate zones of 9,6m x 62,5m. The climate installation is connected to the existing boiler and heat storage installations.

The work conducted to date is successful and it is expected that the entire project can be delivered end of the summer, as scheduled.
