2025: More Than 100 Hectares of Climate Installations
Within greenhouse horticulture, climate installations are playing an increasingly decisive role in business continuity and crop performance. Where the focus used to be on individual systems, attention is now shifting toward the design and integration of complete climate solutions.
In 2025, VB delivered more than 100 hectares of heating installations in the Netherlands. This volume reflects a clear development within the sector: growers are increasingly investing in large-scale, reliable and energy-efficient climate solutions that are built to support long-term operations.
Projects in 2025
In 2025, heating installations were realized for projects at, among others:
Looye Kwekers, TAS Paprika, Hoogweg, Rijk Zwaan, AgroCare, Prominent, Bryte, Royal Berry, Deliflor, Acres, Schenkeveld and Piet Vijverberg.
These projects demonstrate how climate installations are increasingly becoming part of an integrated greenhouse climate concept, combining energy efficiency, operational reliability and scalability.
Continuous development and improvement
By continuously sharing knowledge and further optimizing systems, VB works together with growers and partners to develop future-proof climate solutions for greenhouse horticulture. In this way, the greenhouse climate remains a stable foundation for sustainable growth, now and in the years ahead.
